With the relocation of their brand headquarters to a 27-storey building in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), our designers and brand strategists created a new Prudential retail experience designed for the walk-in customer at the Ground floor level.
We helped translate their brand into a digital experience with a focus on self-service, enabling users to interact with their online products and online portals. The new concept has a strong social focus, with an emphasis on culture and communication with personal advisors at hand when customers require that human connection.
Prudential’s brand values are embedded in the new retail experience, communicating to employees and customers of the brand’s core products and values.
