Established in 1962, the Lycée Français de Kuala Lumpur (LFKL) – also known as French School of Kuala Lumpur – welcomes 730 international students every year, ranging from kindergarten to high school.

To cater to the increasing number of students and enhance their learning experience, SW1 worked together with LFKL to upgrade their science labs. The design objectives were to promote knowledge sharing for all students and teachers alike within a safe and modern environment. With efficient storage, flexible seating, improved ventilation & temperature control as well as integrating technology, the new labs enhance student engagement thus optimising and honing their learning experience. This was all delivered smoothly on time, on budget and with impeccable quality.

The creation of the new science lab is the first of a series of design upgrades to be done for LFKL to help keep them at the forefront of teaching and allow them to get the best from all their students.
