The Kimberly-Clark office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has been transformed into a dynamic and engaging workspace. The design philosophy revolves around adaptability, catering to a range of work styles and preferences. By offering various work settings, including spaces for informal work, relaxation, focused work, private calls, and both open and closed meetings, the office promotes collaboration and productivity. This multifunctional approach recognizes the evolving nature of work, ensuring that employees can choose the environment that best suits their tasks and needs throughout the day.
The infusion of Kimberly-Clark’s brand identity into the office design is a standout feature. The use of enlarged vintage photos, line drawings, and product/campaign messaging strategically placed within the office serves as a constant reminder of the company’s values and heritage. It not only creates an aesthetically pleasing environment but also fosters a sense of connection and purpose among staff and visitors. The thoughtfulness of this integration communicates the company’s commitment to its brand and its desire to create a space that tells a compelling brand story.
