Our strategic planning and interior design team delivered a solution that was influenced by Prudential’s brand values with a branded environment that provides staff & visitors with creative story-telling, inspiration and design cues suited to the functionality & users of the venue. Our project & construction management team delivered the project according to design intent and our post-handover services provide a true end-to-end solution.

The Exchange is a Prudential dedicated facility specifically designed and fully equipped for all regional training, conferences, seminars and workshops. This creative hub is securely housed in their new Malaysia HQ, Menara Prudential located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

This training & conference facility is housed in approximately 11,000 square feet with a conference room for 80 to 100 conference participants. It also has an agile work space for 50 staff with flexible office and meeting rooms. The Exchange includes large presentation screens surrounded by glass writing wall surfaces and benefits from a high quality fully integrated audio-visual system that has the flexibility to be deployed for different training and meeting configurations.
