Last Monday, we gathered to celebrate and uplift the women in our office through conversation and reflection. One of the highlights was a simple but meaningful activity. Writing questions on sticky notes about the challenges women face, and opening the floor for discussion.
The conversations that followed were thoughtful, honest, and a reminder of the importance of creating spaces where women can share, listen, and support one another.
